Looks like the first beta build of firefox 17 is up, 17.0b1 ! 
As ccleaner does love it's firefox builds
ccleaner doesn't usually cover betas anything that changes in beta will be covered by ccleaner when that beta goes "gold".
I've removed your direct download link there is no need for it.

1) Hence beta
2) It was pulled and released with fix as 16.1

the removal was not to discourage people from getting it, it is to discourage direct linking to installable or any executable within the forum.
for all I know you're (generic you) setting up a spider trap that will later point to a different executable. This is not a slight on you, anybody I would feel this way about most thread posters.
Direct links have never been encouraged on forum.
Traditionally if someone wants to point to a download it must be to the download page and not the download itself.
