Many. many, users over the years have sucessfully recovered millions of otherwise ‘lost’ files using Recuva.
Just because you couldn’t manage a recovery yourself doesn’t mean that there is anything wrong with Recuva.
You may have been using the wrong recovery setings, or your files may be unrecoverable for some reason.
(Some types of drive, eg. most SSDs, it is virtually impossible to recover deleted data from, no recovery software could do it).

Please accept that offer and we will work out what went wrong in your particular case.
In the meantime I suggest that you consider carefully before making ranty, unfounded, and unjustified, accusations.
