I dont know about Vista , but in xp you may have to run the issues a few times to sort them all out. Some come back but not as many, then do it again, but maybe you already tried that.

I'm having the same problem. CCleaner will say the issues have been fixed, but the same issues reappear the next time I run the program and the program does not shut down- it just stays at 100%. I also upgraded to Vista. I looked in Dial-a-Fix, but it says its not for Vista. Any ideas?

Perhaps this advice could be added to the "Reg issues reappearing" sticky as something to try if using Vista.
