120MB file that has 2 fragments in the C:\Windows\Installer\ path. I can not for the life of me get this file to defragment!
It must be being used by some process.
Which operation system are you using?
Is it worth worrying about ?
I assume that most installers are never accessed apart from initial installation and final de-installation/upgrade,
so I suspect the fragmentation will never have any effect at any other time.
