Feauture suggest

Hi there.

When CCleaner deletes files, say with the NSA way of doing it, it completely destroys the file content. But it doesen't ruin the traces of the file. If you use a simple undelete program you can see that there was indeed a file there. It displays the file name, and it's location. Thus I'd like to suggest that CCleaner

  • Moves ALL the files to another folder
  • Renames the files to something completely random (like Eraser does.

This would give the concerned person more privacy. I'd also like to thank you for making this splendid quality software.

On a sidenote, I hate that you can't have cryptographic passwords on the forum. It refused to accept my passwords simmilar to:

Agree, it would be nice to have a more efficient secure deletion function, I found files were recoverable after CCleaners deletion recently too. But it is really just an additional function of CCleaner, I don't think its top of MrG's priority list at present, maybe some time in the future this could be looked at (CCleaner 2 perhaps???)
