false message

I keep getting a message my ccleaner has expired but when I check the software it says I have the latest

g'day and welcome to the forums.

can you provide you Windows and CC versions?

do you have the free or Professional version of CC?

if you have the Pro, it sounds like your 1 year license has expired even though you have the latest version of the software.

Windows 10 and CC version 5.44.6577 professional

ok cool, so you have the Pro version which givers one year of priority support and auto-updates.

after that year, it still stays Pro and you still retain the extra features like Monitoring and cleaning all user profiles but the support and auto-update stop.

so when was that version first activated?

basically, if you don't want to renew your license, you have to get the updates manually.

It's probably this that they added to v5.44 from the change log/release notes:
