Purchased Recuva yesterday to retrieve files from external backup HD not recognised by Windows 7 which when choosing a recovery programme Recuva was the way to go... No deal,, or is it me lacking in knowledge of how to use it ?
Is the external drive recognised when connected to another machine ?
