My current License (License number removed) Expires on 8/13/2026 the ad to upgrade now said if I upgraded it would not expire until 8/13/2028 but after purchasing the conformation email said it will expire 4/1/2028. That shorts me 4.5 months. Please make the necessary correction. Also how can you talk to a human?

Fill out the form and press submit. This should open a second page with the option for an AI chat, yell at the bot if it doesn’t help and it should get you a human.
It can normally take up to 24 hours for the remaining time on the old subscription/licence to be automatically added to the new one.
(It’s a computerised process that normally runs once a day).
However as this is the Easter holiday weekend then it may take longer for it to show as being added.
If it isn’t showing as updated with the extra 4+ months by the end of next Tuesday then I would contact support and they will update the expiry date manually for you.
