Dear CCleaner Community Team,

I am writing to formally document my experience with CCleaner and the unacceptable treatment I have received.

  • Software Failure: After using CCleaner, my system drivers were corrupted. The Driver Update function then failed to locate or restore the very drivers it had disrupted.

  • Customer Service Breakdown: My attempt to seek help was met with dismissive and inappropriate responses from community members. Instead of resolution, my login credentials were cancelled, effectively silencing my ability to follow up.

  • Accountability: This sequence of events—software malfunction, lack of support, and termination of access—demonstrates a complete failure in product reliability and customer care.

I expect:

  1. Restoration of my account credentials.

  2. A direct response from CCleaner staff, not community volunteers.

  3. A clear explanation of how CCleaner intends to prevent driver corruption and failed updates in the future.

If these issues are not addressed promptly, I will have no choice but to escalate this matter publicly and through consumer protection channels.
