Error wiping free space on iPod mounted as drive

At the end of wiping free space using simple overwrite (1 pass) on my iPod 30GB attached via USB, I get the following error:

"The Parameter is not correct"

And then it fails, and it appears that all deleted files are recoverable on the iPod.

CCleaner v3.20.1750 (64-bit).

Should not wipe Flash-Based SSD drive such as any iPod over Gen1 (maybe gen2), it may cause corruption

Deleting files on SSD is enough
