When I try to launch ccleaner browser, nothing happens.

When I try to uninstalled it I get this error:
VersionInfo.cpp:27 0x0000000400000002

And when I try to uninstalled it I get this error:
VersionInfo.cpp:30 0x0000000400000002

I’m stumped…help!
