I just downloaded the Premium package and I get this error code with the comment “This Operating System Not Supported”. Went to the support page - not chat button available, just a comment about high chat volumes! I’m running W11 on a Surface Pro…..anyone had the same?
Sorry no idea about why its saying your OS isn’t supported, but here’s how to contact support (and yes reports here also say it can be slow to answer at times).
All customers MUST now use the ‘Live Chat’ support service. It is currently the only way to contact support.
To start- fill in this form: Contact Form.
Once you submit the form you will be given a support ticket/ID number onscreen, with a summary of your request.
Below that is the button to go straight into the ‘Live Chat’ where a virtual assistant will try to help you initially based on what you have put in the form.
If the AI can’t help then you will be passed to a real person.
IMPORTANT- Don’t just fill in the form and leave - If you do not engage with the chat then you will not get any reply.
