There is a known issue for Adobe with their installer, and the advice they provide on their community forum is to use the Acrobat Cleaner tool and then reinstall.

Error code 4 in CCleaner usually points to an installation or update issue (often corrupted files or permission problems).

Try this quick fix:

  • Uninstall CCleaner completely

  • Restart your PC

  • Download the latest version from the official **************

  • Install it as Administrator

Also make sure your antivirus isn’t blocking it during install. This solves it in most cases

Windows 11 Version 25H2 Build 26200.8117
CCleaner Professional Build 7.6.1275.0

I was using Health Check which completed ok but pointed me to Software Updater to update Zoom.
The update failed and gave me the message Error Code 4. I need to know what that means and hope you can assist me, please.

PS Zoom version is 7.0.0 and it was trying to update to 7.0.1
