Is this CCleaner v6 or v7?
What Windows version are you running?

Are you using an Antivirus or other network security? (other than Windows Defender).

12002 is usually a network timeout error, it can be caused by an antivirus, a firewal, or proxy blocking a needed connection.

Thank you sir for this, it is ccleaner6 and it has been working perfectly for me for 2 years and this error happened a few days ago, I have a Deell laptop with Windows 11 Home, I use Comodo internet security pro, the rest of the packages with it (Recuva, Speccy) are working fine

I suspect that your Comodo Internet Security is blocking a connection that CCleaner needs to make.

So I would make CCleaner an exception/ignore/allow in Comodo Internet Security Firewall

Thank you sir, I have stopped and disabled Comodo and restarted the laptop but the problem did not solve, maybe if i reinstall ccleaner again it may help
