Endpoint Awaiting Confirmation Issue

When I install an agent, it doesn't get reported on the CCleaner Cloud console. The agent says "Computer requires confirmation". When I logon to the web console, I don't get the "Endpoint awaiting confirmation" screen. I am on a trial. Is there an issue with CCleaner Cloud? I'm attaching 2 pictures. Picture 1 is what i should be seeing. Picture 2 is what i actually see on the CCleaner Cloud console. I have opened a support ticket but it hasn't been resolved. I'm hoping posting on here is quicker. Any assistance is much appreciated.

I am having the same issue. What is the resolution for this? I have purchased this and can't add any computers.
