Well I see the references for emule in the winapp.ini but I do not see any option to select it in CCleaner at all.
open CCleaner, click applications, and its under Internet. there are two emule options there.

Uhm... i'm not the most skilled e-mule user in the world Not sure, but it seems
the last version 0.47c doesn't need to be installed (standalone ?). I' have simply
unzipped it in a folder on my disk, and it's working. Can't find any e-mule related entry
in the installed applications list and/or in Windows registry. In this case, obviously there
is no way for CCleaner to detect this application...
