Email error when registering the license

Hello,
I never received my license by email. I suspect I made a mistake in the email when registering the license. Because my email is unknown here when I use the “support license key” tool.
I paid with Paypal, and I have the receipt from paypal.
How can I fix this?

Just to make sure this is CCleaner for Windows, (and not CCleaner Android from the Play Store which doesn’t send a lickence key anyway).

The obvious question first - Did you check your email spam folder?

Did you get a receipt by email from Cleverbridge for the payment?
Of course you wouldn’t have if the email address was incorrect.

Email typos when purchasing do happen, and can be a problem all round, because unfortuately the only way to get an incorrect email corrected is to contact support and explain the error.

However if the email you use when raising your support ticket isn’t registered (because you registered a typo) then you will not be shown as having paid for support, and it’s an automated queue system that looks for and prioritises valid registered emails.

So as a request from a non-registered email yours will be non-priorty and it may be a long time before you get contact from an actual support person. (weeks? a month? longer?)

Make a note of the ticket number you will be given onscreen.
You should get an automatic email by reply.
