I'll pass on the Paragon, but only because I already have Paragon Hard Disk Manager 8 Special Edition, with which I've partitioned my original single HD, resized them a couple of times, and merged my Recovery Partition with my System Partition.

So in terms of reliability, Paragon has been 100% for me.
