Hello, I need your help. I just bought a new computer---(I'm not savvy) and I cannot get rid of the "norton" included security. I have tried to uninstall the program, and it says "another installer is in use" try again later. Every time I open up the computer there's Norton. It won't close, it won't go away. Someone told me ccleaner can remove norton------please help anyone. Thank you for your timemissst
