Is there any way to contact a live person, or even submit an email with a question? It appears I have duplicate licenses. When I enter my license key, and customer name (copied off the licensece key request) and try to dowload the cleaner, I get a message that they do not match. I also renewed my license, and paid for it, in August 2023, but yet clicking on "My account, manage license" shows it expires in December 2023 , and is under spouse's name. How do I contact someone to resolve this issue? I can fine NO contact info at all. It is somewhat frustrating.
