Until yesterday, duplicate finder found all folders without any problem. Today, it suddenly does not see entire folders.
I see that when I only search in a folder with duplicates, it immediately gives a message that nothing can be found, without me seeing that it has been searched.
I started with the freeware version. I even removed it and reinstalled it and recently even switched to the 2-month trial version. But it still does not see my files folder.
Any idea how I can get the duplicate finder working again?
The duplicate search can be very quick, depending on your settings.

These are the settings I chose.
Specifically, it’s checking the onedrive folder, the one where the files are synced to the computer.
And every time I saw nothing happening, which when the duplicate scanner was still working fine I did see. But within a few seconds I got this image
I feel like something is stuck in the memory, preventing new scans. I also can’t figure out how to completely reset the settings.
