my duplicate file does not clear ,i have much duplicates ,what's going on--thanks
CCleaner can find duplicated files for you, - but you have to select which, if any, you want to remove yourself.
CCleaner cannot make that decision for you, only you know which you want to keep and which you want to remove.
You would not be happy if CCleaner removed the wrong duplicate.
Only ever remove duplicates of your own files, photos/videos/documents/music files/etc. that you have saved.
Don't remove any duplicated system files, copies of system files are often needed in more than one location and deleting them may (will) stop your computer working properly.
great thanks for this clarification. to sum it up - is it not recommended to delete one of each 2 files which were found in the search? as in the registry cleaning you can delete any files which were found in the scan ?

As said above some system, and application, files need to have duplicates in more than one location in order to work properly.
If you remove one then unexpected things may start to happen.
A Windows update will also leave duplicate system files for a while (as a backup), Windows will (should) automatically remove the uneeded copy after a time (once it's sure that it is unneeded).
Unless you are a computer repair expert then it's best to leave system files well alone and only ever remove duplicates of your own files - photos/videos/documents/music files/etc.
