Driver Update Hangs then Disappears

When updating Drivers it will hang and when you stop it and reboot and restart CCleaner 7 the update driver is gone?

Please follow these steps to help us investigate the issue:

  1. Replicate the issue on your end.

  2. In CCleaner, scroll to the bottom of the left-hand menu and click Help.

  3. Select CCleaner Support Tool from the options.

  4. Download and install the CCleaner Support Tool.

  5. Once installed, run the tool to generate the logs.

  6. At the end of the process, you’ll receive a 5-digit File ID.

  7. Please share that File ID with me so I can review the logs and investigate further.

During the Health check which took a long time when it was finished the driver update was gone when you reboot it comes back. File ID HTFXM. How do I download the files to you?

Thank you for this file ID I can use this to locate the log files in our system which are uploaded as part of the support tool process.
I will investigate this further and get back to you when I have more details.
