Downloading CCleaner and overcharging

I have purchased CCleaner professional but can find no means of installing it on other devices, and no means of accessing any help (I have an email from CCleaner promising to look into it, but then silence). The support pages do not speak of Premium or Professional, only CCleaner 67 or 7 - which is meaningless to me.

I have also been charged for multiple products on my most recent credit card, and I cannot find any means of asking CCleaner to sort this out - the email response is that the box is unmonitored.

This is pretty miserable ‘help’

Please let me know if you are no satisfied with the resolution of your case so I can investigate this further.

Thankyou - the issue has now been resolved. I would respectfully suggest that

  1. you consider an easier way to access Customer support.
  2. when you promote and sell CCleaner Premium or CCleaner Professional, you then make it clear to dummies like me that CCleaner 7 is the actual product
