CCleaner is great.
Auslogics is pretty good too.
But that ram booster thing is a scam. Those programs dont work.

Only problem with Auslogics Defrag (unless they've changed it just recently) is that it only defrags -- it does not optimize.

It also doesn't touch the System Volume Information folder and that's a folder that just about always has fragments in it, however the default defrag program easily deals with that folder.
