Lenovo Vantage is a settings interface for Lenovo computers and will (almost certainly) have been 'bundled' with the computer from new.
It will be launching itself on startup, which will be why CCleaner is recommending that you put it to sleep.
Again if you never use it you can uninstall it, but you might want to know what it is/does first:
As for the double updater and 'Write Error' thing, yes it's still happening if you manually update from within CCleaner.
If you get the Write Error it can be safely ignored (just click any one of the 3 options), CCleaner is installed anyway.
(That's because there are 2 identical installers running).
Apparently it's proving tricky for them to resolve without causing more serious problems elsewhere.
It has become more noticible, and is being seen more often these days, because it is more prone to cause the 'Write Error' message if you have a SSD.
That's simply because writing to SSDs is faster than writing to HDDs, so it's more likely that both installers will try to write the same thing at the same time.
