I've never used this program, but Double Safety is a backup program that Giveaway of the Day is offering today.
I tried it the last time they offered it and it looked promising and all but I won't use it because text runs off the application GUI, even with the default Windows theme settings. That and I don't trust the ZIP format which it saves files in for one second as I've had locally stored ZIP files between Windows re-installations go corrupt for some odd reason. 7z all the way!

Often thought about using 7z for backups, but never really figured out how to do it. Wish there was an actual "backup" component built into the GUI.
I have 7z. I totally rely on it.
