Does not remove all thumbcache files

Hi. I am using Windows 11 23H2 and CCleaner 6.33.11465. When I click in Custom Clean, Windows tab, Windows Explorer, Thumbnail Cache - right click - Analyze Thumbnail Cache, it does not detect all the files, for example it shows files like “thumbcache_1920.db” but it does not show files like “thumbcache_1280.db”, but exactly that file is large and using one app I found all images inside. So now I have to remove manually by clicking Open Containing Folder on one of files from the list, and remove all files which have name starting with thumbcache. Or Disk Cleanup - remove thumbnails, but that removes icon cache too. I am using Options - Advanced - Cleaning results level of detail: File list, in CCleaner. Of course I know there is setting in advanced system settings to only show icons instead of thumbnails and group policy setting that disables generating cache, and apps like Irfan View that do not keep cache but can generate thumbnails quickly, as preventive measures to stop generating thumbnails…
