I always use my MSN Explorer 9 software to surf the internet etc. I hardly use Internet Explorer 8. When you use CCleaner does the internet browing, history, etc get cleaned (just like Internet Explorer 8) in the MSN 9 software?

I used to use MSN Explorer 9 all the time. I'm pretty sure that it's just an Internet Explorer "shell": that is, it has a different interface, which just runs on top of the IE browser. This, in turn, should mean that the temporary files and history are stored in not only the same way, but also in the same locations as IE, since IE is responsible for that part of the MSN browser.
So, if you haven't already, try selecting the Internet Explorer options in CCleaner, and see what you get.
