Do not have email with Clearbridge information to xncl CCleaner

Hi all, 

I want to cancel my pro subscription but you need the Clearbridge code. I don't have the email with the information when I purchase CCleaner Pro. What else can I do? I sent a message to help and all I got was an automated message with links and that they would get back to me. That was 3 days ago.





You should be able to cancel right on the screen, this is ridiculous.
