Disk Cleanup, for HP Updates . . . ?

I would like to free up some disk space. Please see 2 attached jpg's

I was able to identify these first two as "ok to delete" and EOL, respectively:

0 in C:\HPSDM

39.9 MB in C:\SoftPaqDownloadDirectory

My current focus is on these two:

50.4 MB in C:\hpswsetup

9.56 GB in C:\SWSETUP

Within the 50.4 MB, it looks like the updates are for:

HP PC Hardware Diagnostics UEFI . . . I can find the current version in the BIOS?

System Default Settings . . . I'm not sure where to find the current version, it's not in Program Files, or Installed Updates

. . . If the current, installed version were higher than these files, would it then be safe to then delete these folders? I'm not sure, maybe they build on each other.

The 9.56 GB would take a few hours to look at, so I stopped here.

I received these two forms of advice:

1.) HP Forum - They're like portable files. Ok to delete them.

2.) Bing Chat - They build on each other. Not recommended to delete anything.

Then I thought, who's an expert at this? So, I'm asking here.

What's needed is a program like Windows Disk Cleanup, that can analyze these files, know how they work, and show what can be safely deleted.
