Well I am new to the forum and wasn't sure where to post this and hope this is okay. It is a little shortcut for disk clean up. It works fine in XP but not sure about others.

Go to Desktop and right click for new shortcut.

Insert this: %windir%\system32\cleanmgr.exe /sagerun:11

Click Next and name it. You will have your shortcut and a good looking icon.

I have one too. It's called CCleaner and works perfectly.
