disable startup items

excuse my English, I install the program for some time on private PCs with great satisfaction, and I wanted to make a request (perhaps useful for many ...)

To manage the entries that start automatically disabled so that once can not be reactivated.

Thanks

Hi, welcome to the forums!

CCleaner does disable (permanently) statup items, but this becomes moot if the program re-adds itself to the startup.

Is there a particular program you're having trouble with? :)

hi,

such as google (but I can make a list of current programs)

Google Desktop? Try looking in the programs settings to see if something along the lines of "Start with Windows" is enabled

Or go to Start -> Run (just type in the start menu on vista/7) and type "msconfig" with no quotes, then go to startup and see if it listed there as enabled and try disabling it

is this is the normal procedure, I was wondering if in the future this function will never be implemented in ccleaner.

(Then for each program running there would be different procedure)

CCleaner can disable the entries just fine, but some programs are very insistive on being on start up and have all sorts of settings to keep them there :(
