It was not obvious, but it does say this in the help section (which remains grossly underwritten):
(...) Please send system specs, operating system version (most are supported, from 98 through Server 2003) (...)
So on the next build [which will include a whole new section: Windows Help/Support Center repair] will have a new paragraph that explains how DAF does what it does on various versions of Windows. But yes, 98 - 2003 as of right now.
