A thousand thanks, I’ve actually contacted Mr. Al Chat , many times, but I don’t know if he’ll ever respond. I called my bank and they told me I had to contact the customer service department. I hope they understand what I’m doing. In the sales policies section, I don’t quite understand the instructions for guaranteeing a simple refund. I’m waiting for a positive response. Thanks again.
