Deleting Temporary Files?

Is CCleaner supposed to delete temporary files from the directories:-

C:\Documents and Settings\[username]\Local Settings\Temp

C:\WINDOWS\Temp

I have [Temporary Files] ticked under [system] but files are not deleted from the above directories.

I am running CCleaner version 2.32.1165 with Windows XP SP3

They won't be deleted unless they are 24 hours old depending on your settings.

I have found the setting about files not being deleted unless they are older than 24 hours.

All seems OK now.
