Hi, ı am using ccleaner android pro version since last year. Today ı refreshed my annual membership and then ı start to deep cleaning (hidden cache) as ı do everytime. After cleaning, my one folder ,which includes my a lot of photo and videos from my gallery, was deleted meaninglessly. I cheched my recycle bin, but ı couldnt found my folders. How can ı save my photos and videos? Please help me.
This happened to me too!! I downloaded several recovery programs and they don't find any of my missing stuff!!! I am SO angry!
The same thing happened to me.
I only chose to delete the empty folder, but it deleted all the folders that contained photos and videos.
I really want to know how to solve it.
The same with me. All my child's photoes for two years are deleted. And I had no copies in Google Photoe. I did Fast Clean and rhere were no options to remove anything from gallery

Emailing your query to that will get an automated acknowledgement then a contact by an email from a support agent.

I'm not sure exactly what is going on here, but I suspect that the photos may still be there and it's a listing/pointer to them that has been cleared.
Even if they have somehow been deleted from the phone then they may still be recoverable, especially if you have sync and/or backup enabled.
