I ran the scan as usual. This time it deleted slmost every photo from my gallery and photos.
I’ve, just as an individual ,not employed at all by CCleaner, seen many people with the same issue. every time i wonder “what hapened” open my CCleaner and try my hardest to delete my photos. the closest, i can tell, is thumbnails and the pictures themselves are on a cloud like google icloud or amazon prime unlimited photo storage.
can you confirm that the following are not checked in quick clean: “thumbnails”, “large old files”.
did you run quick scan or a scheduled scan/auto clean?
if autoclean (which i do not use, nor would suggest use of) under “photos” in autoclean setup, what is checked off?
would ask for screenshots from you but admin doesn’t seem to think that, on a site that’s usually one question and gone, low post users should be able to upload pictures.
Are you storing photos in the download folder and have images checked off.
