Deleted File Not Found

I just installed, and as a test, I deleted the downloaded .EXE file, then emptied the Recycle Bin (only thing in it was the deleted .EXE). I then tried to find the "accidentally" deleted file (I would never accidentally delete a file, would I???), but the scan said nothing found?

Exactly the same here. Installed v1.01.069 today.

Recycle bin was empty. Deleted C:\Downloads\Software\rcsetup101.exe (latest beta 1.01.069) and purged the recycle bin after that.

Started Recuva, did a scan on drive C:\ and... no rcsetup101.exe to recover.

Why isn't this working?

It hasn't worked for a long time and the issue is STILL unaddressed. :angry:
