Delete media doesn't delete media

Been using CCleaner Mobile pro for a while. but it usually doesn't delete the photos or videos i select for it to delete. I spend a lot of time selecting which content I wanted deleted, click the trash icon, and then the message pops up afterwards: "Saved space 0.00b" and they're all still there.

That's such a waste of time. Then i have to repeat the process of selecting each photo or video I want deleted. Usually it works on the 2nd try.

Would you be kind enough to reproduce this problem and then send in logs so we can investigate this?

You can send us the log file using the following steps:

  1. Open CCleaner Android > tap Menu
  2. Tap Help & Feedback > Direct support
  3. Input your information into the provided fields
  4. Move the "Attach debug logs" switch to the left, to the "On" position
  5. Tap "SUBMIT"

sent the feedback . by the way, it looks like some of t he photos that dont delete also get renamed to .trashed and then some numbers and then the original name.
