Delete duplicates

Dears, I have CCleaner pro version 7.6.1270.0, also unable to delete duplicate files or move them to recycle bin for windows 11. I’ve tried uninstall and reinstall but still will not work, a message appears stating “Something went wrong…whoops, there was a problem and we could not complete the action.” Need also your assistance

Please follow these steps to help us investigate the issue:

  1. Download and install the CCleaner Support Tool using the link below: https://download.ccleaner.com/CCleanerSupportTool.exe
  2. Replicate the issue on your end.
  3. Run the tool to generate the logs.
  4. At the end of the process, you’ll receive a 5-digit File ID.

Please share that File ID with me so I can review the logs and investigate further.
