cleaner does not delete cookies listed in delete cookies column in "options"

Also you need to give a bit more info such as operating system, version of ccleaner and browser used.

have you checked the process has ended, can you give a screen shot? do you brush your teeth every night???

well maybe not the last one, but we are not magical. We need information.

Also did you check that the PHYSICAL cookies were not deleted (open your cookies folder and tell us if the files are actually there)

it could be that they are still shown because of the cookies index.dat which will often keep a list of the names until deleted and the computer is rebooted

The cookies left in the "cookies to delete" column may be "Flash Cookies".

So make sure you have "Adobe Flash Player" checked in "CCleaner\Applications\Multimedia".
