Defraggler Lang DLL's

In Defraggler, which one of the .dll's in the Lang folder is the U.S. support? They are all numbered so its impossible to tell.

The Numbers relate to the Locale ID numbers ( http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/goglobal/bb964664.aspx )

However English is built in to Piriform Products so (as an english speaker) you can compleltly delete the LANG folder
