Defraggler Hangs during analysis

Sometimes Defraggler gets to say 30% of a drive analysis then it hangs.

The circle icon turns and Task Manager tells me that Defraggler is still running with changing CPU useage etc.

It keeps running even though I have stopped it by Quit selection in Defraggler program..

I use MS OneNote and this has large heavily fragmented files.

If I close Defraggler down and run Iobit Smart Defrag 5 then the drive defrags without a problem.

Next time I run Defraggler it analyses to 100% without a problem

have you tried running DF, going to the File List tab, hit Analyse, find (and group by) your OneNote files/folder bu clicking on the Filename or Path column header, group select your OneNote files and click Defrag Highlighted?
