For me, Defraggler encounters an error and closes once it reaches 98% percent analyzed.
Does the built-in Windows defragmenter work ?
Yes, that's what I ended up using today, but I though that th Defraggler might be faster
Could you please run Defraggler.exe with the /debug command-line switch ?
Type this in the "Run..." box :
"C:\Program Files\Defraggler\defraggler.exe" /debug
Then post the debug log (it's in C:\Program Files\Defraggler\ ) here. That will help the devs
So I copy and pasted "C:\Program Files\Defraggler\defraggler.exe" /debug into Run. Then Defraggler popped up with a message saying "No update available". Where do I find the debug log?
In C:\Program Files\Defraggler\[some long name].txt
Just ignore the "can't find update" message, and analyze like you would normally do
Ok thanks, I got it, and I saw all the previous ones I was trying to find.
I attached the file since it was so long.
Hi,
I see that you are using version 1.19. Please try 1.20 as we did several stability fixes there.
Best regards
Romanoff
Hi Romanoff,
I too have experienced unexpected closure of the application.
I attach a log as you requested in earlier submissions.
Can you advise if there is anything I can do to get a successful completion ?
Regards, Shaun.
