Defraggler does not defrag completely

Hi:

I'm a new user of Defraggler - like the Program but experiencing the following problem:

- I have run through the FULL defragging process THREE times but the Program fails to defrag my hard drive completely: after the extensive time spent with defragmentation, the Defraggler still leaves 22% Fragmentation consisting of 5 Fragmented Files & 134 Total Fragments. I believe this could NOT be normal - any suggestions about the required PC-settings to allow a complete defragmentation?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

What operation system are you using?

Defraggler will often trigger the Volume Shadow Service, which will create restore points while defragmenting is happening, resulting in high fragmentation afterwards.
