With the Windows Defragging tool, it's normal to have a few unmovable files; those are usually ones that are in use/can't be moved. Your computer should be fine, a few files here and there won't make much of a difference.

For the ultimate solutions to windows defrag problems read here

A long page but everyone in the world seems to have had problems with defrag at one time or another!

The main fixes that seem to work for most are the page file one posted by a John B. (Setting page file size for selected drive you want to defrag to system managed size)

The DCom fix

The reinstalling of the dfag.inf file in the c:\windows\inf directory.

A good read by anyone with any sort of defrag problem or who is just interested (like me!) One of the causes seems to be the install and uninstall of 3rd party defraggers such as Diskkeeper.

An easy way to deal with some files that Windows Defrag ignores is to use Sysinternals PageDefrag (freeware). In the screenshot below you can see what files it can defrag on system startup before Windows locks the files.

Or you could download and run Defrag 2.20 from http://www.kessels.com/defrag/index.html

It is a troublefree and hasslefree defragger. Just run it and be cool.

Use Contig from Sysinternals with Power Defragmenter GUI. Just unzip each file into the same folder and run the Power Defrag .exe file. It's a perfect compliment for PageDefrag.
