I downloaded defraggler because i have to large disk and i can't even defragment it in a day and this program allows to defragment folders only. However i have been getting these messages:
Defrag aborted
SOme files were not defragmented.
This operation cannot be done.
And i am unable to defrag anything...
It's the only sensible way with todays large disk sizes.
It is not unusual to see that 'aborted' message when defragging files.
It's because something (often Windows Defender) has re-opened the files between you analyzing and actually clicking the defrag button.
You can't defrag files that are open.
The longer it is between analyzing and defragging the more likely it is that you may see the message.
It hasn't aborted everything though - The files that were not opened have still been defragged.
Look at the list of files and you should see that most now show only one fragment, they are in one piece.
There will be a few, the 'aborted' ones, that will still show multiple fragments.
Do another analyze and it will not find as many fragmented files, if it finds any.
Any that are now still open will not be listed, but you may see the few 'aborted' ones again if they have been closed again, so defrag them again.
I am positive these files aren't used and no antivirus and still i get this message. In file list is nothing...

? If there is nothing in the list then what files do you mean?
Could you post a screenshot of what you are seeing so that we can take a look.
I already closed it, but there was nothing in that section and overall fragmentation even increased. I doubt anything was defragmented. I probably try different program later.
Got a similar issue ... often have one or two that have to abort, but today ... so many!?!
The problem ther is that at 90% capacity used that disk is pretty full, - You have run out of free space required for a defragment to work.
Even the built in Windows defragmenter wont work with a HDD drive that is that full.
You may/will also start running into other probems with Windows not having the free disc space that it needs to work properly.
The general recommendation is that you should have at least 15% free space for a defrag of a HDD to be sucessful.

Suggestions:
I would try running Disk Clean-up with 'Clean up system files' selected to see if you can get that used space down any.
(The 'Windows update clean up' files in particular can be very large).
A lot of what is listed there seem to be 'Features-on-Demand' packages, are you actually using those features? If not you can remove them.

Do you need all the files on the disc?
Delete any old files that you don't want/need anymore - and/or move some of the files onto another drive, memory stick, etc.
In the end though if you want to keep those files on the computer itself you will have to get a bigger drive installed, (or a second internal or external drive).
