As you can see from the screenshots above I clearly did try it myself.
And I had no tickboxes because none of the drivers currently on my machine had been updated by CCleaner and then had a problem.
I have changed your member permissions here up a level.
Log out of the forum then log back in again, see if you can then post an image.
ok, i made the hook out of the field, drivers with Problems.
so should i am allowed to reset any driver.
but there are the tickboxes missing

So is it a Mouse/Touchpad driver that you are having a problem with?
It is saying in your screenshot that you installed a driver for a PS/2 mouse on 17-06-2024 is that correct?
Is your mouse actually PS/2?
That’s considered a old type connector nowdays. (I have a PS/2 mouse on my very old Windows 98 Desktop machine).
We haven’t asked up to now, but what version of Windows do you have on this machine?
Did you use CCleaner to update that driver on 17-06-2024, or was it done by Windows or by something else?
If it was updated by anything other than CCleaner then CCleaner will not be able to roll it back so will not show a tickbox for it.
To see only the drivers with issues you should tick this box:
ok, this driver is only called PS2, its the Touchpad of the Samsung Laptop, i bought in 2011.
but i updated it all the time, build in a SSD. and a 16GB RAM,it is now working with Windows 10.
it was working really good, since half a year, then the problem begun
sometimes i can’t use the scroll function of the Touchpad, not.
then i realized that it was working again, when i reset the driver.
some times later it quit again, then i updated the driver again to the new version.
I don’t know, from where CCleaner has the dates of the driver.
Now has to be there the new version what i updated something around September 24.
i want to buy a new one, but my seller, said that i should wait till autumn next year, so i have to get around till then with the old one
oh, what i forgot, when i set the hook in the field with the drivers with problems,
then ccleaner shows me nothing. Because there is no problem for ccleaner
