Love the part where the person is trying to contact Dell to tell them of the problem and can only get customer support from another country. I personally hate outsourcing because some of the customer service reps have very piss poor English!
Interestingly enough that person could have really fast results if they'd just get a lawyer.
It isn't the first instance of computers causing house fires, nor will it be the last.
